Google to sell magazines advertising through auctions
Wall Street Journal reports that Google is expanding its print advertising into magazines through special auctions. Test Titles include Marta Stewart Living, Car and Driver or Computerworld. Also Google will build up it’s radio advertising after their recent acquisition in this field. Read more how it works… Magazine publishers will be interested how it works.
Wait, see and hope it doesn't work ... is an ongoing attitude of established business - but it doesn't wok always.
A more adequate reaction would be to counteract with 3 (even) better, more innovative and more beneficial ideas (and closer to your clientele wants and needs - in case you know where they want to go to.

Burda published 10 years ago a new media study with a core subject: everything gets interactive and the power to the people. Now with GOOG making Print ads available through interactive booking systems is just a first step.
